  • Can a naturopath help with anxiety?
"I want to be relational, responsive, not performative." Anxiety is often a whole-system signal—not just a mental health issue, but a physiological, emotional, and relational one. Naturopathic medicine offers a unique lens that looks at the nervous system, lifestyle, stress patterns, and your internal narrative all at once. With the right relational container, healing becomes a process of remembering—not fixing. If you want support that addresses anxiety from both the inside out and the outside in, this work may resonate.
  • I feel like I’m at a threshold—but how do I know what I need?
"I'm trying to grow something here - but I sense some internal misalignment." You may be in what’s called the liminal zone—a space where the old ways of coping or leading no longer feel aligned, but the next version of you hasn’t fully emerged. It’s not quite burnout. Not quite breakdown. But a quiet dissonance between how you’re living and who you’re becoming. This is what we call edge work—the place of real change. It's where discomfort holds meaning, and your nervous system begins to signal that it’s time to re-pattern from the inside out. A bespoke retreat—held by a Naturopathic Doctor trained in integrative health, somatic restoration, and depth process—can offer the sanctuary and skilled guidance this threshold asks for. It’s not about pushing through. It’s about being met at the edge with the right conditions for transformation. If you feel like something’s shifting but can’t name it yet—this is your invitation to be gently held in the space between what’s been and what’s becoming.
  • What’s the next level after exercise, nutrition, vacations?
"What's missing?" Naturopathic therapies can lay the groundwork. But if you’re sensing that something deeper is emerging—a desire for embodied congruence between your inner growth and outer life—it may be time to move from insight to integration. That next level often isn’t about more “processing,” but about alignment—in leadership, relationships, and self-expression. If you’re looking for whole-person care that bridges growth and embodiment, you may be in the right place.
  • Do I just need a break—or am I missing something deeper?
"Is this the reward for hard work?" Sometimes rest helps—but sometimes what we call “needing a break” is really our nervous system flagging that something fundamental isn’t syncing. You might feel wired and tired, reactive and disconnected, unable to shift into deep restoration. That’s often the territory of nervous system dysregulation—not burnout, not weakness, but a sign that your body and life need more coherence, not just escape. This is where bespoke, integral retreats can be transformational—not spa weekends, but carefully facilitated environments for slowing down, re-patterning, and reconnecting with your deeper intelligence. When held by a practitioner who can track physiology, emotion, and meaning—you don’t just recharge. You remember who you are. If your system is asking for more than rest, I invite you to explore a retreat experience designed to restore you at every level.
  • How do I stop overthinking everything?
"Why can't I make this happen?" Overthinking is often a symptom—not a flaw. When our systems are overloaded or stuck in hypervigilance, the mind tries to take control. It spins. Plans. Prepares. But deep clarity doesn’t come from thinking more—it comes from feeling safe enough to soften. Sometimes the most effective way to stop overthinking isn’t cognitive at all. It’s somatic. A guided cleanse or personalized retreat can offer the internal space your mind has been craving—nutritionally, emotionally, even spiritually. With gentle detoxification and supportive nervous system work, your body gets to lead—and the mind follows, more peacefully. If you’re ready for a reset that reaches deeper than willpower, I offer bespoke retreats and seasonal detoxes to meet you there—with clarity, compassion, and care.
  • Am I in burnout, existential crisis, or nervous system dysregulation?
"Is this what I really wanted?" Burnout often starts as exhaustion—but if rest alone doesn’t restore you, it may be something deeper. Sometimes what we call burnout is a deeper questioning: Am I living from alignment? Is what I’m doing connected to what matters? These are not problems—they’re invitations. And you don’t have to navigate them alone. If you’re at a turning point and seeking guidance that meets both your nervous system and your soul, let’s talk.
  • Why do I feel like I’m not fully here even when I am in charge?
Leadership can—and must—become more human. That sensation of not being fully here often points to subtle disconnection—from your body, your presence, or your truth. Many high-capacity people learn to function this way to survive pressure—but deep down, you may long to return to yourself. Becoming more present isn’t about forcing mindfulness—it’s about feeling safe enough to land. If you’re craving the experience of wholeness, not just coping, I invite you into a space of grounded reconnection.
  • Why do I sabotage myself when things are going well?
Self-sabotage can be a signal—not of failure, but of something in you yearning for authenticity. When our outer success doesn’t match our inner sense of connection or purpose, misalignment can show up in unexpected ways. You’re not broken. You might just be done with roles and ready for something real. If you’re curious about what’s underneath the pattern, I hold space for insight that leads to realignment.
  • Why am I still stuck with patterns that are running me?
"Can I really have reintegration without disintegration?" Old patterns don’t break with willpower alone—they shift when we’re met with presence, not pressure. If you’re longing for real change, it may start with being truly seen—by someone who can hold you in your strength and your vulnerability. This isn’t about fixing; it’s about evolving in connection. If you're ready to meet your growth edge with grounded support, I invite you into a process that honors both resilience and depth.
  • How can I be more present as a leader?
"Where is the ease in leadership?" Presence isn’t a technique - it’s a way of being. The leaders making the most meaningful impact today are those cultivating emotional fluency and relational depth. Learning to lead from wholeness - rather than just strategy - builds cultures of trust and resonance. It starts by allowing your own humanity to have a seat at the table. If you want to lead from presence, not performance, I support professionals ready to embody the leadership they wish they’d had.
  • Everyone thinks I’m doing great. So why do I feel this hollow ache?
"I want to be improving myself, not proving myself" Sometimes, even when life looks full on the outside, something essential feels missing on the inside. High-functioning, capable people often carry silent loneliness—yearning not to be admired, but met. You may be craving spaces where you don’t need to perform, where your inner world can be witnessed without fixing or judgment. This isn’t about what’s wrong—it’s about what’s real. If you’re ready for a more grounded, relational approach that integrates mind, body, and meaning, I offer space for just that.
  • Does naturopathic counseling have to be challenging in order to work?
"I don’t need another therapist to nod and validate me." You may not need more validation—you may need someone who can hold space and challenge you with clarity and care. The right practitioner doesn’t just listen; they reflect, gently disrupt, and help you break loops that no longer serve. Challenge, when done well, can be an act of deep respect. If you’re looking for transformative support that meets your depth and momentum, I’m here to walk with you.

Where We Are

We serve our locals,  in-person, and our global community, virtually, from our location in the beautiful Qu’Appelle Valley, Saskatchewan.

Having our clinic inside the town’s only gym  - K2 Cross Training - has been wonderful. The atmosphere of hard work, motivation, and positive attitude creates a very supportive environment for those trying to make changes in their life. It also gives people real examples of others who may have been where they are, but have been able to reclaim their health.

We acknowledge that the land on which we heal is Treaty 4 land in Fort Qu'Appelle, the traditional territory of the Cree, Saulteaux bands of the Ojibwa peoples, and the Assiniboine, and Metis.

TEAL acknowledges the foolishness of believing one owns the land under one's feet, and expresses gratitude for the opportunity to live above ground, and laments the destruction and theft of the homeland of our four legged, winged and other sentient brothers and sisters who depend on the land not only for their home, but their very existence.

TEAL does not support agricultural practices that degrade soils, poison water, or pollute the air, and believes in sustainable and regenerative stewardship of this land, by any who inhabits it.
